State & Liberty partnered with POLA Marketing as a full-service production and content partner, supporting high-volume product photography, video production, and scalable content creation for e-commerce, social media, and paid advertising. POLA delivers structured, high-efficiency studio workflows designed to produce consistent, high-quality assets at scale while maintaining brand integrity across all channels.

State & Liberty required a production partner capable of handling large-scale content needs while maintaining precision, consistency, and speed. With thousands of SKUs and frequent product drops, the challenge was to create a repeatable system that could support rapid growth without sacrificing visual quality.

POLA worked closely with the State & Liberty team to develop a streamlined studio production process, built around efficiency, organization, and consistency. This included coordinated garment management, model scheduling, and a structured shot workflow that allowed the team to maintain a six-to-seven-minute pace per look while ensuring every asset met commercial standards.

To support brand consistency, POLA implemented controlled lighting setups and standardized camera positioning across both photo and video. Soft diffusion lighting ensured clean, uniform product imagery, while directional lighting techniques were introduced to enhance texture and detail where needed. Matching camera angles, focal lengths, and framing across formats allowed for seamless integration across e-commerce, paid media, and social platforms.

In addition to photography, POLA led video production capturing on-model movement, fit, and performance. Using cinema-grade equipment and a clean studio environment optimized for vertical content, the team produced assets designed to perform across digital channels while reinforcing product quality and brand positioning.

Throughout production, the team adapted in real time to material challenges, lighting variations, and pacing demands — ensuring continuity and quality across thousands of assets. This flexibility is critical in high-volume environments where efficiency must align with brand standards.

By the end of the four-day production, POLA captured over 14,000 images and a full suite of video content, creating a robust content library ready for immediate deployment across e-commerce, social media, paid advertising, and retail marketing initiatives.
